Our Placement Specialist is provided at no cost to families. We receive reimbursement from the Adult Care Home or Care Community following a successful placement.
You say “You stand behind” the homes or communities you recommend. What does that mean?
The Adult Care Homes or Care Communities we recommend have been thoroughly evaluated by us and we have had successful client placement in these facilities. We are available to clients following the initial placement for follow-up.
Once a decision has been made to move my loved one into the Care Home or Care Community what happens next?
After you contact us, we arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet with you and discuss your individual needs. We suggest appropriate options and accompany you to various Adult Care Homes or Care Communities and answer your questions to facilitate the actual transition of your loved one. Our commitment is to remain available to you until your loved one is settled.
